Business Process & Sales Operations Expert

• Manage and continuously improve Power BI reporting, data flows, and sales process automation in collaboration with global teams.
• Monitor and support SAP price maintenance automation, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Coordinate forecasting activities, including data collection, consolidation, and collaboration between Sales, Product Management, and Supply Chain.
• Provide analytical support for budgeting and mid-term planning (MTP), ensuring data consistency and alignment across regions and functions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business reports and dashboards to support Sales Operations and strategic decision-making.
• Act as a key interface between Sales, Product Management, Customer Services, Supply Chain, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations and reporting.
