Our History Trilogy was founded with a value system that balances delivery excellence with a people-centric culture.

The Program Manager will serve as the senior contractor leader accountable for successful execution of the nationwide Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transition Assistance Program (TAP), including service delivery across more than 300 installations and oversight of a geographically dispersed Benefits Advisor workforce of approximately 250-280 personnel. The Program Manager will provide executive leadership across operations, curriculum, training, analytics, modernization, quality, staffing, cost, schedule, risk, and Government stakeholder coordination.

The VA Transition Assistance Program (TAP) helps transitioning Service members and their families understand and access the VA benefits, services, and resources available to them as they transition from military to civilian life. VA delivers TAP services at more than 300 military installations across the Continental United States (CONUS) and areas Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) through a network of Benefits Advisors, supported by standardized curriculum, training, program operations, and performance management. • Oversee Service Contract Act (SCA) workforce and contract requirements.
  • Manage program risks, issues, corrective actions, staffing requirements, and performance improvement activities.
  • Oversee contract cost controls, travel, Other Direct Costs (ODCs), and resource utilization.
