What Make This Role Great, you will serve as the strategic regional growth engine for Trimble’s highest-value enterprise accounts, transforming untapped regional operating divisions into thriving commercial pipelines while helping key construction and engineering leaders modernize critical workflows.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Spearhead regional whitespace audits across Americas operating divisions to uncover under-penetrated business units and major capital project teams.
• Establish trusted relationships with regional executive leaders, including regional presidents and operations directors, aligning digital workflows with enterprise mandates.
• Lead high-impact operational discovery sessions and division workshops to identify digital delivery bottlenecks and quantify addressable business value.
• Accelerate commercial pipelines by qualifying multi-million dollar opportunities and executing targeted pilot programs tied to division capital cycles.
• Synchronize regional account milestones directly into global account management strategies to scale enterprise contract expansions.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in enterprise business development, strategic account expansion, or complex solution sales within the AECO, construction tech, or industrial software sectors.
• Demonstrated success navigating matrixed enterprise organizations and building direct alignment with regional C-suite and operational executives.
• Strong expertise in leading consultative discovery workshops, quantifying total addressable opportunity, and building compelling ROI business cases.
• Skilled collaborator adept at partnering with global account directors to drive unified growth strategies across autonomous regional business units.

Bonus Points For

• Direct background working with Tier-1 general contractors, engineering firms, or hyperscaler infrastructure owners.
• Familiarity with connected construction workflows spanning civil site execution, estimating, BIM coordination, or digital handover solutions.

Logistics Location: Remote, US (Major metropolitan airport hub preferred)

Travel Requirement: Up to 40-50% regional travel
