Junior Graphic Designer

Role Details

• Required Experience: 2-3 years of professional graphic design and content creation experience
• Technical Toolset: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and basic proficiency in AI content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GEMINI, Midjourney, HIGGSFIELD)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day graphic design tasks including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, and marketing collateral.
• Produce motion graphics, short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), and basic animations to support multi-channel campaigns.
• Assist in assembling, organising, and maintaining a centralized brand content bank and digital asset library.
• Utilize basic AI tools to support prompt-based visual asset generation and image enhancement.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, asset organization standards, and file versioning protocols.
• Multimedia Production: Assist in photography sessions, professional photo retouching, and motion graphics production.

Core Deliverables & KPIs

• Content Bank Building: Deliver a consistent quota of ready-to-use digital assets (e.g., templates, motion clips, reels, graphic variations) each month.
• Video & Motion Production: Produce high-quality short-form video edits and motion graphics for marketing campaigns on schedule.
• File Hygiene & Archival: Maintain 100% compliance with the newly established Drive for Desktop folder structure and asset naming conventions.
• Turnaround Time & Detail: Deliver high-accuracy design revisions with minimal technical errors while meeting project timelines.
