Truck Driver Nation LLC is a United States freight and trucking support business that employs remote dispatchers and logistics coordinators. Its dispatchers evaluate loads, communicate with drivers and brokers, plan trips and monitor active freight. The company is headquartered in the United States.
Logistics Coordinator — Remote

Put your communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to work in a fast-moving U.S. transportation environment.

Truck Driver Nation LLC is hiring a full-time Remote Logistics Coordinator to work directly with our team and support day-to-day U.S. freight and logistics operations.

Previous logistics or transportation experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with transferable experience in customer service, scheduling, operations, administrative coordination, trucking, transportation, sales support, or other fast-paced professional environments are encouraged to apply.

This position is well suited for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, communicating with different people throughout the day, following details from start to finish, and solving problems before they become bigger issues.

What You'll Do

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will help keep freight operations organized by coordinating shipment details, maintaining communication, monitoring active loads, and ensuring important information is accurately documented.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate shipment details, pickup requirements, delivery appointments, and scheduling information.
  • Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, carriers, shippers, receivers, and customers.
  • Monitor active shipments from pickup through delivery.
  • Track load status and provide timely updates to the appropriate parties.
  • Confirm pickup and delivery information and follow up when additional information is needed.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records, notes, documents, and status updates in company systems.
  • Identify potential delays, scheduling conflicts, or service issues and communicate them promptly.
  • Assist with resolving routine transportation and logistics issues.
  • Coordinate changes to appointments or shipment requirements when necessary.
  • Support drivers and operations personnel with shipment-related information.
  • Maintain organized records and follow established procedures for documentation and escalation.
  • Help ensure freight moves efficiently while maintaining professional communication throughout the shipment process.
What We're Looking For
  • Logistics, transportation, trucking, or freight coordination experience is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant experience in customer service, scheduling, operations, administrative coordination, sales support, transportation, or similar professional environments will be considered.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Strong professional phone, email, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments, tasks, and priorities throughout the workday.
  • Confidence communicating with drivers, customers, and other transportation professionals.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and web-based business systems.
  • Computer suitable for daily professional remote work.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Reliable and professional work-from-home environment.
  • Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote position.
  • Availability during required U.S. freight-operating hours.
  • Familiarity with U.S. trucking, transportation, freight, or logistics operations is an advantage.
Who May Do Well in This Role

You may be a strong candidate if you're naturally organized, communicate clearly, notice details others may miss, and are comfortable coordinating several moving parts at the same time.

Successful logistics coordination requires more than simply tracking shipments. It requires understanding what needs to happen next, following up when information is missing, communicating changes quickly, and keeping accurate records throughout the process.

Direct logistics experience can be valuable, but strong transferable skills in customer service, scheduling, administrative coordination, transportation, operations, or other deadline-driven environments can also provide a solid foundation for this position.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Schedule adjustments may occasionally be required based on active freight operations, pickup and delivery requirements, or customer needs.

Compensation

$20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Ready for Your Next Move?

If you're a strong communicator who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping keep transportation operations moving, submit your application to Truck Driver Nation LLC for consideration for this Logistics Coordinator position.
