About the Role
Join a customer-facing engineering team building AI-powered automation for complex business workflows. You will partner with enterprise customers to understand critical processes, develop reliable software solutions, and own deployments from discovery through production rollout.
What You'll Do
Map complex customer processes and translate ambiguous needs into clear, actionable steps.
Build robust workflow automations using an AI-based programming language and strong software engineering practices.
Architect, implement, and scale reliable solutions from initial pilots to production deployments.
Work directly with customers to refine implementations, build adoption, and support successful rollouts.
Document deployment practices and lessons that can inform future customer projects.
What We're Looking For
Two to eight years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
Strong engineering fundamentals and experience shipping a full-stack application end to end.
Experience in a forward-deployed, solutions, or customer-facing engineering role where writing code was part of day-to-day work.
Comfort working directly with customers, understanding operational needs, and taking ownership of measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and ability to work across engineering and business functions.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $150,000 to $225,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
