About the Role
Join an early engineering team at an AI video generation startup, building a self-serve platform for creating video and marketing content. You will work closely with the founders, shape product direction, and help deliver a polished product while supporting customer needs.
What You'll Do
Build and ship the web platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Develop product features for generating launch videos, sales videos, and localized marketing campaigns.
Integrate LLM-powered agents and creative generation workflows into an intuitive user experience.
Contribute to product planning, prototype rapidly, and iterate on features based on customer needs.
Balance live customer commitments with building reusable self-serve product capabilities.
What We're Looking For
0-3 years of full-stack engineering experience, including experience shipping production web applications.
Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early-stage startup engineer, or engineering experience at an engineering-led startup.
Proficiency with Python and JavaScript, including React, Next.js, and Node.js.
Familiarity with LLM-powered applications and agent architectures, plus strong computer science fundamentals.
Ability to explain technical decisions, collaborate on product direction, and raise concerns constructively.
Creative or video product experience and familiarity with human-in-the-loop learning or reinforcement learning from human feedback are helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $175,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
