About the Role
Join a product engineering team building a recruiting and talent marketplace platform that combines expert recruiter workflows with AI-powered tools. You will identify meaningful product problems, build solutions end to end, and shape how companies and recruiters work together.
What You'll Do
Build and improve marketplace experiences for companies, recruiters, and candidates.
Develop AI-powered systems that use hiring data to improve candidate and recruiter matching.
Create recruiter tools such as CRM workflows, AI-assisted features, and integrations that reduce friction.
Own product work from identifying a problem through design, implementation, and measuring its impact.
Work across frontend and backend systems to ship useful, high-quality product experiences.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally at an early-stage, venture-backed startup.
Experience building products end to end and working across frontend and backend responsibilities.
Proficiency with TypeScript and React, and the ability to move across the stack.
An undergraduate degree in computer science and strong computer science fundamentals.
Strong product judgment, design sense, ownership, and clear communication skills.
Ability to work quickly and effectively in ambiguous environments.
Experience with AI or machine learning products, including LLMs or AI agents, is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $145,000 to $260,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
