About the Role
Join the security team at a fast-growing enterprise AI company, where you will own application security for a multi-tenant AI platform. You will work directly with product engineers to build security into development and protect sensitive customer data.
What You'll Do
Design and implement application security controls, including secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
Partner with product engineering teams to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
Build security tooling and automation that helps developers identify and remediate vulnerabilities quickly.
Lead security code reviews and architecture assessments, with attention to AI model integrations and customer data handling.
Respond to application security incidents and drive improvements based on lessons learned.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of software engineering experience, with hands-on application or infrastructure security experience or a strong interest in specializing in security.
Strong computer science fundamentals and a track record of engineering in fast-paced, growing environments.
Experience with GCP or AWS cloud security.
Familiarity with Python, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and security tools and practices such as Semgrep, CodeQL, SAST, DAST, IAST, and container security.
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $200,000 to $330,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
