About the Role
Join an early-stage engineering team building software that helps in-person sales teams improve performance through AI-powered coaching. You will own full-stack, user-facing features and help shape engineering practices as the team grows.
What You'll Do
Build and ship high-quality product features quickly, balancing iteration speed with maintainable code.
Design and implement new features from initial concept through deployment.
Work independently on loosely defined projects, using customer empathy and feedback to guide solutions.
Help establish strong standards for code quality and technical decision-making.
Grow your ownership as the engineering team scales and contribute to recruiting efforts.
What We're Looking For
One to three years of software engineering experience, ideally building products from the ground up in a fast-paced startup.
Strong computer science fundamentals, gained through a degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience shipping user-facing, full-stack features with React or React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
Experience deploying on AWS or working with cloud infrastructure as part of product development.
Evidence of entrepreneurial drive, rapid iteration, and high-impact technical work, such as standout projects or contributions.
A customer-focused approach and interest in speaking with users to validate product decisions.
A record of stable employment and the ability to maintain quality while moving quickly.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $185,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in New York City, NY, five days per week.
