With radical focus on the people we are designing for, our Experience Design team works to assess needs, ambitions, and limitations to create solutions that support clients to take steps toward financial confidence. We believe in the rigorous use of research, service design, UX/UI, and accessibility best practices to deliver quality experiences that our clients and teammates love to use.

This is a hands-on design role to conceptualize and deliver human-centric solutions for our client experiences. You will be expected to produce quality work on time that meets requirements and adherence to company standards.

While you develop your execution skills, gain practical skills working within complex environments and inspire others with your curiosity for craft and raw talent. You will be expected to share your work and ideas and seek consistent feedback from your peers. As a member of a larger team, you will contribute to our design culture by participating in events and building relationships within the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions

and advocate for client needs.

2. Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments, leveraging established design system components, patterns, and standards to create consistent experiences.

3. Apply design standards, design system guidance, industry guidelines, research results, and best practices to ensure experiences are usable, accessible, and scalable.

4. Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment.

5. Leverage presentation skills to communicate and share design rationale.

6. Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.

7. Contribute to the evolution and adoption of design systems by identifying opportunities to improve components, patterns, documentation, and design consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Ability to communicate ideas and rationales.

3. Basic understanding of industry and discipline standards.

4. Excellent time and issue management skills.

5. Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas.

6. Ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback.

7. Proficiency in modern design tools, with experience creating interfaces and reusable assets in Figma or similar software.

8. English language fluency.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience collaborating with designers, product partners, and engineers to deliver digital experiences.

2. Familiarity with Agile development processes and an interest in understanding how design systems are implemented in code.

3. Interest in emerging design technologies, including AI-assisted design workflows, and an understanding of how they can support scalable design systems and team efficiency.

4. Experience using Figma, including components, variants, libraries, auto layout, and other foundational system-based design practices.

5. Knowledge regarding accessibility requirements.
