  • Introduce effective quality gates into CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve release confidence and engineering efficiency

  • Review test plans, test cases, automation code, and defect reports to ensure quality, consistency, and maintainability

  • Identify, prioritize, and communicate product and release risks, providing clear quality assessments and release recommendations to stakeholders

  • Define and monitor quality metrics such as defect leakage, automation coverage, test effectiveness, release stability, and production incident trends

  • Lead defect triage and root cause analysis, working with relevant teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence

  • Improve QA processes, tools, environments, and documentation to support rapid and reliable product delivery

  • Champion shift-left testing and promote shared ownership of quality across engineering and product teams

Qualification & Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, including significant experience in senior or technical leadership positions

  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing QA engineers in a fast-paced Agile environment

  • Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing test strategies for mobile applications, web applications, backend services, and APIs

  • Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, or equivalent technologies

  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and network debugging tools such as Charles or Proxyman
