Valuation Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate market data to derive pricing and valuation insights.
• Enhance and refine pricing/valuation models using structured datasets.
• Maintain and manage large datasets for trend analysis and decision-making.
• Collect and map unit-level property data for analytics and intelligence systems
• Work on both field data collection and desk-based analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve data accuracy and usability.
• Identify market trends, anomalies, and investment signals.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in data analysis/valuation/realt estate analytics.
• Background in engineering, data science, economics, or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and structured data systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and structured thinking.

Preferred Skills:

• Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level).
• SQL / Python (good to have).
• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of real estate market dynamics.
• Experience in pricing models or valuation frameworks.
