Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

We raised our seed, built a best-in-class AI-native broker platform with AI agents that quote, bind, and service policies autonomously, and are scaling an exceptional team.

We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to be on the front lines - closing deals, advising customers, and helping shape how AI and humans work together to deliver an insurance experience that has never existed before.

Your Day to Day at Truvo

• Closing Deals: Working warm leads, quoting across multiple carriers, and binding policies - auto, home, renters, pet

• Customer Advisory: Helping customers understand their coverage options and making sure they are actually protected, not just cheaply insured

• AI Collaboration: Working alongside our AI agents - providing feedback that makes them better, stepping in where human judgment matters

• Book Building: Growing and retaining your book of business with renewals, cross-sells, and genuine customer relationships

Requirements

• Licensed: Active P&C license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

• Closer: Proven track record in insurance sales or high-velocity phone sales

• Customer-First: You actually care about getting people the right coverage, not just the cheapest quote

• Comfortable with Tech: You do not need to code, but you are comfortable with new tools and AI-assisted workflows

• Hungry: You want to be early at a company that is going to change an entire industry

• Nice to Have: Multi-line experience (auto + home/renters), familiarity with comparative raters, or experience at an insurtech
