Join Tsuga, an early-stage startup that just raised $35M in Series A funding. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work closely with the Sales team to drive the pre-sales process, deliver engaging demonstrations, and provide technical guidance on integrations. You will also serve as a bridge between customer needs and the product team. This is a hybrid technical and client-facing role, and fluency in German is mandatory.

Missions

  • Establish strong relationships with Account Executives to drive the pre-sales process, including discovery, demos, solution design, and POCs.
  • Translate complex observability challenges into compelling technical solutions using Tsuga, and deliver engaging, hands-on demonstrations.
  • Serve as a bridge between customer needs and the product team, addressing small issues during the POC phase and responding to RFPs.
