Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer

Position Purpose

The Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive digital transformation for global clients. The role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Omnichannel (CCaaS), and Microsoft development technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle while contributing to technical design, solution architecture, code quality, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Develop sophisticated Canvas Apps with a focus on usability, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
• Build Model-driven Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Develop reusable Power Platform Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Implement complex business logic using Power Fx and Dataverse.
• Configure and integrate Microsoft Omnichannel for Customer Service (CCaaS), including routing rules, workstreams, queues, and agent experiences.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and JavaScript customizations within Dynamics 365.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and web services with external enterprise applications.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and solution design documents.
• Estimate development effort and contribute to sprint planning and project execution.
• Track assigned work items, proactively identify risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Stay current with Microsoft's latest Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Omnichannel capabilities.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 6-12 years of experience within the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
• Extensive experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform development.
• Proven experience building Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
• Experience developing Power Platform Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Omnichannel for Customer Service.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
