Scope:

Provide administrative support to the facility. Answer the telephones in a courteous and friendly manner. Greet visitors to the facility. Review sales orders and invoicing documentation.

Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon - Fri. This position is located at 10570 Bradford Rd., Littleton.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephones in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Greet visitors ensuring a positive first impression for potential/current customers.
• Maintain visitor/temporary badge log ensuring ITAR compliance at all times.
• Maintain the conference room schedules.
• Invoice sales orders from the daily ship list. Verify traveler packets for shipment accuracy. Compare shipped quantities, ship method, serial numbers, etc. on both the traveler and the chain of custody.
• Verification of all sales orders before shipment. Compare purchase order requirements against the sales order for accuracy.
• Maintain an invoice/shipment spreadsheet and communicate daily shipment numbers.
• Open and sort mail.
• Filing and scanning.
• Ordering lunches for meetings as needed.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
