We are looking for a Program Manager - Training Activation to lead the end-to-end delivery and activation of training and enablement programs across key APJ accounts.
This role combines program management, customer engagement, training operations, and process automation. You will work closely with customers, account teams, trainers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training programs while continuously improving operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing customer-facing programs independently and have a strong interest in using automation and AI-powered tools to simplify repetitive processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Activation & Program Management
- Own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of training and enablement programs across APJ.
- Work with account teams and customer stakeholders to understand business and learning requirements.
- Coordinate training programs for executives, business users, and technical users.
- Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, and post-training activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Track learner participation, engagement, feedback, and program performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve the learner and customer experience.
- Develop customer success stories and reports highlighting the impact of training programs.
- Manage multiple training programs and workstreams simultaneously.
- Provide support aligned with Singapore Time (SGT), approximately 9:00 AM-6:00 PM SGT / 10:00 AM-7:00 PM SGT, based on business requirements.
Process Automation
- Review and map existing training and event coordination processes across APJ.
- Identify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming activities that can be automated.
- Build and implement workflow automations using low-code/no-code tools, AI tools, scripts, or similar technologies.
- Automate processes such as:
- Training scheduling
- Registrations
- Participant communication
- Event logistics
- Reporting
- Follow-ups
- Data tracking
- Test new automation solutions, collect feedback, and continuously improve them.
- Document automated workflows and processes for easy maintenance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, training enablement, learning and development, or a related field.
- Experience managing customer-facing training, enablement, or learning programs.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience with process improvement and operational automation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, scripting, or low-code/no-code application development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- Experience working across the APJ region.
- Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, or reporting tools.
- Experience delivering or selling enterprise learning and training solutions.
- Experience creating customer success stories, business-impact reports, or case studies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and automation tools.
