Join our team as a Software Engineer (Frameworks) where you will write and maintain high-quality code, design and implement software engineering abstractions, and collaborate with engineering and product management teams. You will have a direct impact on our product and culture, enjoy a flexible work-life balance, and receive competitive benefits.
Missions
- Write and maintain clean, high-quality, efficient, and well-tested code that aligns with project specifications.
- Design and implement the abstractions that bridge the gap between software engineering and DevOps.
- Partner with Product and Engineering counterparts to build tooling that teams actually adopt.

- You're eager to use AI-assisted development tools to move faster, improve the developer experience, and make the platform more reliable- Your customers happen to be other engineers, so you care about how the platform feels to use, not just whether it works
- You're an engineer at heart who finds joy in building the software that other software runs on - and you think about that software like a product
- You believe a platform should be a set of robust, resilient, and intuitive libraries rather than a collection of scripts, and you're curious about where people get stuck and why
- 3+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping complex backend systems
- Comfort using AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in your day-to-day workflow
- Strong skills in at least one modern backend programming language
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- A product mindset toward internal tooling - you seek out feedback from the engineers using what you build and iterate on it
- Solid understanding of cloud native or cloud hybrid solutions
- Familiarity with our tech stack - Node.js, Go, TypeScript, React, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Postgres, AWS
- Prior experience developing tools that improve the developer experience
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Side projects or personal builds where you owned something end to end, from idea to real users
