- Work with Procurement Lead to draft documents based on new contract requests from execution team. Re-drafts required to align with Project Execution plans and coordinated scope of works for Contractors and Supply Chain.
- Monitoring and ensuring workflows have been initiated and progressing in line with the procurement strategy.
- Review of bid submissions to check for alignment with scope of works, project schedule and overall requirements.
- Ensure intended vendors have governing agreements in place, and if not, assist Site Teams in initiating new governing agreements or renewing lapsed governing agreements - where necessary.
- Work with commercial team to protect our Clients interests, ensuring full compliance with Clients Contractual obligations and requirements. This role requires a strong focus on contractual wording and close attention to detail.
- Guide Stakeholders to appropriate forms of contract for needed site services. Assist stakeholders in modifying contracts as needed (scopes of work, task orders, work orders, amendments, etc.).
- Maintaining progressive bid analysis documents through the tender phase, to include a list of risk items where relevant.
- Monitoring insurance documents, throughout the project lifecycle to ensure full compliance to project and local authority requirements.
- Maintaining industry best practices for all contract/procurement scope.
- Reporting into dashboards managed by the Project team for full visibility and latest status updates.
- Working with the Procurement Lead to produce tender reports and award recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects.
- Strong communication and client management.
- Good proficiency in English.
