- Lead project delivery across China and Japan, ensuring operational and commercial excellence.
- Manage financial performance, KPIs, and risk across multiple sites.
- Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, design, construction, and closeout.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Supervise internal and external project teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Handle billing, AR collection, and documentation for revenue recognition.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and project governance.
- Drive safety, change management, and continuous improvement.
Supervisory Duties:
- Lead and mentor project teams across regions.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Make strategic decisions aligned with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Project Management certification preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Japanese is a plus.
- Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; able to read architectural drawings.
- Deep understanding of APAC market, construction practices, and supplier base.
- Proven experience managing international teams and industrial projects.
