- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Previous experience in commercial or residential space planning
- Proven experience as a Space Planner or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with safety standards and building codes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in drafting, design, space planning and test-fits.
