Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to pitch relevant products and services
- Understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest suitable solutions
- Convert leads into sales by building strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to close sales
- Maintain and update sales records in CRM software
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 4 years in inside sales/tele-sales in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking,
Insurance, or Vehicle Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to handle sales pressure and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus
- A customer-focused and result-oriented approach
- Fluency in Hindi/English and regional languages is an advantage
