Job Summary:
Seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration. The resource will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows.
- Configure tables, forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.
- Develop Flow Designer/workflows and automated processes.
- Configure ACLs, roles, permissions, and RBAC.
- Build reports, dashboards, filters, and data exports.
- Develop/support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development/configuration experience.
- Strong ServiceNow HRSD experience.- Added advantage
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer/Workflow.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Experience with ACL, RBAC, ServiceNow security, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.
- Experience with testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
