【工作职责】
1、负责智能推荐算法研究、设计与实现，对流量效率进行提升；
2、对用户行为分析，特征提取与建模，提升点击率/转化率及收入
【任职要求】
业务技能要求：
1、有较强学习能力和逻辑思维能力，具备良好的分析解决问题能力；
2、有一定的项目管理能力，能独立承担工作任务及把控任务进度；
3、善于沟通，工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力。
专业知识要求：
1、计算机、数学相关专业硕士及以上学历，2年以上推荐算法策略研究、设计与实现工作经历；
2、熟悉LR、FFM、GBDT、DNN、WIDE&DEEP等常见机器学习、深度学习算法及原理；
3、扎实的数据结构算法基础，精通C/C++、Python等至少一门开发语言；
熟悉常见的Pytorch、TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架；
4、有行业知名的算法技术团队工作经验，机器学习顶级会议论文者优先考虑。
