1、负责大语言模型、多模态模型或垂直领域模型的算法设计与优化；
2、探索前沿技术（如模型压缩、稀疏化训练、强化学习等），解决实际算法问题；
3、优化模型在分布式系统中的训练与推理性能，验证算法迭代效果，推动模型线上化部署；
4、洞察学术界与工业界AI评估趋势，运用业界先进的评估指标及方法论，推动评估体系迭代并落地到产品流程。

任职要求

1、计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、统计学、应用数学等相关专业；
2、具备AI算法设计能力，掌握并行计算、分布式系统原理；熟悉大模型训练与推理全流程，具备模型开发部署、性能调优经验及工程化落地能力；
3、具备扎实的算法实现能力，精通至少一门编程语言，如Python/C++ /Java /Rust等；
4、有vLLM/Megatron等大模型推理/训练框架实践经验者优先。
