About the Role
The Marketplace Product Lead for LatAm Delivery is a senior leader within the Earner & Marketplace team, responsible for shaping how Product & Tech investments address LatAm’s most critical marketplace opportunities and challenges.
This role serves as the strategic bridge between LatAm Marketplace Operations and global Product & Tech teams, translating complex marketplace problems into scalable product opportunities, building compelling business cases to influence the global roadmap, and ensuring product investments deliver measurable marketplace and business impact.
The scope spans Courier Pricing, Matching, Demand Shaping, Retail, and Direct, with products and solutions that directly shape the experience of Earners, Merchants, and Consumers across LatAm.
You will lead a senior team of Product Champions, setting the marketplace product agenda for the region and driving priorities from problem identification and product strategy through experimentation, launch, adoption, and scale.
What You’ll Do
Shape and influence the Product & Tech roadmap: Identify LatAm’s most important marketplace opportunities and translate them into clear product strategies and compelling business cases. Quantify impact, trade-offs, and investment requirements to influence global prioritization and secure Product & Tech resources.
Own LatAm marketplace product prioritization: Define and prioritize the regional product agenda across Courier Pricing, Matching, Demand Shaping, Retail, and Direct, balancing marketplace efficiency, sustainable growth, and the experience of Earners, Merchants, and Consumers.
Turn marketplace insights into scalable product solutions: Use data, experimentation, operational insights, and market context to identify root causes, define product requirements, and partner with global teams to develop solutions that can scale across LatAm and beyond.
Lead product launches end-to-end: Own the regional execution of strategic product initiatives, from market selection and experiment design to operational readiness, launch, measurement, iteration, adoption, and scaling.
Drive measurable marketplace impact: Establish clear success metrics, evaluate product performance, and continuously identify opportunities to improve marketplace health, efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
Lead and develop a senior Product Champion team: Set clear priorities and raise the bar on problem solving, analytical rigor, product thinking, stakeholder management, and execution, while developing a high-performing team capable of operating across complex marketplace problems.
Build strong Product-Ops partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations, creating effective mechanisms to translate regional marketplace insights into scalable products and measurable business outcomes.
Represent LatAm in global product discussions: Bring a strong regional perspective to global forums, ensuring LatAm marketplace needs, opportunities, and customer insights are understood and appropriately reflected in product strategy and investment decisions.
What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, Product Management, Management Consulting, technology, or other relevant fast-paced and analytical environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative or technical field.
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking, strong product judgment, and hands-on execution in complex and ambiguous environments.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring complex problems, building rigorous business cases, evaluating trade-offs, and making data-driven decisions.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Working knowledge of SQL, experimentation methodologies, and data visualization tools, with the ability to independently leverage data to generate insights and inform product decisions.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and operational workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Experience in marketplaces, logistics, delivery, mobility, or real-time technology platforms.
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, including pricing, matching, incentives, supply-demand balance, marketplace efficiency, and user experience.
Proven track record of taking complex product opportunities from problem identification and business case development through experimentation, launch, iteration, adoption, and scale.
Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Experience operating across multiple countries or markets, particularly in LatAm or other complex, high-growth regions.
