About the role and team
Talent Acquisition at Uber is where we find the builders who move the real world. As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you won’t just fill seats; you will partner with hiring managers to scale teams across a high-stakes, fast-moving landscape. You will navigate the complexity of multiple business lines, using data to influence senior stakeholders and unblock hiring bottlenecks.
This isn't a transactional role. It requires grit and a deep curiosity to map talent markets and advocate for candidates who have the right mindset, not just the technical skills. If you thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and are ready to own the strategy for attracting best-in-class engineering talent, this is where you’ll grow.
