As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be the engine behind launching and scaling bold new ideas that take products from 0 to 100. You will own initiatives end-to-end, from business case development to post-launch optimization, navigating the intersection of strategy, operations, and entrepreneurship. What you’ll do
Own and scale new growth initiatives with full accountability for customer experience, P&L performance, and promotional budgets.
Design and run experiments to test new opportunities, building and executing go-to-market plans for complex launches and campaigns.
Navigate internal complexity by partnering with global product, finance, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for local market needs.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring priorities are delivered through strong project management even when facing shifting priorities.
Solve messy, high-impact problems by breaking down complex data into actionable insights and structured plans.
Basic Qualifications
University degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience applying analytics to tackle business problems in consulting, banking, or high-growth tech environments.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Experience with SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience representing a company externally with partners, clients, or stakeholders.
Familiarity with product experimentation and growth-stage environments.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or programming languages like Python.
Ability to demonstrate systems thinking and resilience in high-ambiguity situations.
