We are aiding a U.S.-based tech company in constructing its next-generation SaaS platform from the beginning. We are in search of an experienced Principal Full Stack Engineer to define the platform's architecture, set engineering standards, and deliver secure and high-performance applications using advanced technologies and AI-driven development.
Role Overview
We seek a hands-on Principal Full Stack Engineer who is enthusiastic about solving intricate technical issues while actively engaging in coding.
This position is perfect for a skilled technical leader who relishes designing scalable SaaS platforms, mentoring engineers, and promoting engineering excellence through contemporary development techniques. You will collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, UX Designers, and engineering teams to develop a cloud-native platform from scratch, utilizing AI-powered development and a complete Shift-Left engineering approach.
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and deliver scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications utilizing .NET, Angular, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Oversee end-to-end feature delivery, from domain modeling and backend services to frontend implementation, automated testing, deployment, and production support.
- Produce production-ready code using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and Replit-based workflows.
- Work with Architects to outline the application's architecture and validate technical methods via Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Construct systems utilizing contemporary architectural styles like Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, and more.

Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Background as a Principal Engineer, Lead Engineer, Software Architect, or similar role.
- Expertise in technologies such as C#, .NET, Entity Framework, Angular, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience in developing multi-tenant SaaS applications, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in areas like Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, secure and scalable application architecture, and more.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL optimization, data modeling, Git, Agile methodologies, and modern DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools, strong leadership qualities, and a relevant Bachelor's degree.
- English language proficiency at C1 level for both written and verbal communication.
