Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the healthcare data platform and member management solution.
• Collaborate with the Product team to produce high-quality code.
• Play a significant role in shaping the technical organization's culture and direction.
• Own and resolve unstructured problems from start to finish.
• Scale infrastructure linking health insurance carriers and technology partners.
• Enhance engineering standards and processes.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in building and launching AI projects.
• Strong commitment to software development excellence and code quality.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs.
• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience.
• High proficiency in Rust programming language.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative engineering environments.
• Excellent communication skills promoting transparency and positivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Ruby.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
