岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责机器人产品传感器及算法模块测试、集成测试、系统测试，完成功能、性能、可靠性、安全等测试活动;

2、负责编写机器人产品传感器及算法测试计划、测试方案、测试策略，设计测试用例及场景、搭建实验室及环境、组织并执行测试活动，建立测试流程及体系;

3、对机器人搭载的传感器及算法测试进度及质量负责，确保测试活动有序、完备、高效、及时，完善传感器及算法各子模块测试规范及质量标准,推动质量提升;

4、负责公司传感器及算法测试能力提升，跟进行业技术及标准并转化为测试要求及规范，引进先进的测试设备、方法及技术，推进测试能力建设;

5、参与研发过程及线上产品失效性分析，更新测试规范及用例、优化多传感器融合算法设计与规范，完善质量手段，提升公司产品质量及市场口碑。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、计算机、通信、电子电气、控制等相关专业本科以上学历;

2、3年以上机器人、扫地机、无人车、智能手机等智能硬件相关行业传感器算法测试经验;

3、了解SLAM/计算机视觉/多传感器融合等基础知识,熟悉机器人软硬件等基础知识(如ROS、路径规划等);

4、掌握激光雷达、深度相机、超声波、摄像头、无线通信工作原理及测试方法;

5、具备良好的沟通能力及质量管控意识，较强的推进能力，有实际大中型测试任务管理经验为佳。
