Your Key Accountabilities

• Manage customer quality requirements, requests and complaints
• Coordinate product qualification processes, including PPAP and qualification after implementing changes
• Lead meetings related to customer quality issues
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with internal teams
• Conduct product, process and quality audits
• Support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits
• Review Customer Specific Requirements and ensure they are reflected in the Quality Management System and internal processes
• Monitor quality KPIs, customer complaints and defect rates
• Support the development and update of PFMEA, Control Plans and quality documentation
• Coordinate customer-related change management processes
• Ensure that Control Plans and product testing procedures are properly implemented and maintained
• Work in cross-functional teams on new product development and changes to existing products
• Promote continuous improvement and support quality awareness training
• Manage customer portals and maintain ongoing communication with customers
• Stop production if there is a risk of manufacturing products that do not meet quality requirements
• Participate in activities related to safety, environmental, quality and energy management systems

Who we are looking for

• Higher education, preferably in a technical or chemical field
• At least 7 years of professional experience in Quality, preferably in the automotive industry
• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Quality Assurance
• Very good knowledge of quality tools and standards, including PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D and FMEA
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949
• VDA 6.3 Auditor qualification
• Experience in creating and updating system and process documentation
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Category B driving licence
