As our first Senior Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping product analytics for our Decision Platform, a B2B enterprise software suite for insurers. You will lead product analytics and strategic insight, helping us understand product performance, business performance, customer health, and market opportunities. This is a high-impact role with strong growth opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Missions
- Own product analytics across Decision Platform products by defining meaningful product, customer, operational, and commercial metrics.
- Proactively identify opportunities by analysing product data and user journeys, delivering actionable recommendations that influence roadmap, proposition, UX, engagement, retention, and performance.
- Partner with Product Managers and Product Designers to shape discovery, define success measures, evaluate experiments, and assess feature impact.
