Senior Genesys Cloud & Conversational AI Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud & Conversational AI Engineer to join our Customer Interactive Management team, part of our part of our Professional Services Department.

For the Senior Genesys Cloud & Conversational AI Engineer role we expect you to:

• Participate to the design, implementation and support of enterprise-grade Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Design and deliver customer engagement solutions across voice and digital channels (chat, email, messaging, social media).
• Design, develop and deploy Conversational AI, Voicebots and Chatbots in production environments.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM systems, enterprise applications and external AI platforms through APIs and cloud services.
• Participate in customer workshops, requirements analysis, architecture design and technical leadership activities.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for complex production environments.

Requirements

• University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Contact Center, Customer Experience or Conversational AI technologies.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering similarprojects.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, web services and enterprise integrations.
• Programming experience in Java, Python or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).
