Opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled CNC Machine Operator / Programmer who can independently program, operate and manage CNC machinery while maintaining exceptional precision, efficiency and production quality in Qatar - Middle East.
Duties & Responsibilities- Operate and program 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Create, edit and execute CNC programs directly on the machine.
- Utilise existing programming templates.
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD designs.
- Use 3D machine simulations to visualise cutting processes.
- Ensure precision cutting, quality control and minimal material wastage.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and basic maintenance.
- Maintain workplace safety and production standards.
- Work with various materials, including glass, marble and stone.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant CNC experience in an industrial environment.
- Red Seal Trade Certificate.
- Proven practical experience in CNC machine operation and programming.
- Knowledge of 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machinery.
- CAD knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Ability to program and operate machinery independently.
- Strong understanding of precision cutting and production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar.
