Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate would have:

4-8+ years in Application Support/Production Support (L2/L3).
Experience supporting Java Spring Boot applications in production.
Strong troubleshooting skills rather than pure development experience.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Oracle Database, and middleware (WebLogic/JBoss).
Experience with incident management, RCA, and release support.
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
