AI Engineer
What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking a motivated AI/ML Engineer with 1+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key areas:
Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models for business applications.
Work with structured and unstructured data for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.
Implement AI/ML algorithms using Python and relevant frameworks.
Monitor and optimize model performance to ensure scalability and accuracy.
Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
Required Skills
1+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Knowledge of Data Science, statistics, and predictive modeling techniques.
Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.
Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision concepts is an added advantage.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM-based applications.
Experience with Git, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Model Deployment.
Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
