What success looks like in this role:

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de Soporte Técnico en Campo para brindar atención presencial a clientes en CDMX en diferentes alcaldías y entidades el estado. Es importante contar con facilidad de movilidad (con auto o moto propia), ya que se realizarán visitas en campo en distintas ubicaciones.

Responsabilidades:

  • Brindar soporte técnico en sitio a clientes asignados.

  • Ofrecer soporte a nivel de software, hardware y redes para equipos de escritorio, laptops y servidores.

  • Instalar y dar mantenimiento a computadoras, redes, servidores, periféricos y demás dispositivos relacionados.

  • Realizar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos y redes.

  • Ejecutar tareas de instalación, reubicación, cambios o adiciones de equipos y configuraciones.

  • Probar y certificar el funcionamiento de equipos, redes, servidores y aplicaciones aprobadas por el cliente.

  • Dar seguimiento a incidencias y escalamientos hasta su resolución.

  • Mantener un alto nivel de profesionalismo en su actitud, presentación y trato con el cliente.

  • Cumplir con los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) establecidos y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente en cada interacción.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Residir en Ciudad de México.

  • Bachillerato concluido (certificado -título). Deseable: Carrera Técnica / Ingeniería trunca o concluida.

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en soporte técnico en campo o en roles similares, brindando servicios a equipos de cómputo y servidores físicos.

  • Licencia de conducir vigente y automóvil/moto propio (viáticos cubiertos según la política de viajes).
