Buscamos un(a) Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines responsable de administrar, configurar y mantener la infraestructura tecnológica de la compañía, garantizando la disponibilidad, seguridad, rendimiento y continuidad operativa de plataformas, servidores y sistemas.

Responsabilidades

  • Administrar y mantener servidores, sistemas operativos y plataformas tecnológicas.
  • Instalar, configurar y actualizar software y hardware.
  • Monitorear el desempeño de la infraestructura para asegurar su disponibilidad y estabilidad.
  • Gestionar incidentes, problemas y solicitudes de soporte técnico.
  • Implementar controles de acceso y medidas de seguridad.
  • Ejecutar respaldos (backups) y apoyar planes de recuperación ante desastres (DRP).
  • Automatizar tareas operativas y procesos recurrentes.
  • Coordinar actividades con equipos de desarrollo, redes y soporte.
  • Aplicar parches, actualizaciones y mejoras de infraestructura.
  • Documentar configuraciones, procedimientos y cambios realizados.
  • Participar en iniciativas de optimización de recursos y capacidad.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Requisitos

  • Título universitario obligatorio en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 3 a 6 años en administración de sistemas e infraestructura.
  • Conocimientos en sistemas operativos Windows y/o Linux.
  • Experiencia en virtualización, redes y administración de servidores.
  • Manejo de herramientas de monitoreo y automatización.
  • Conocimientos en seguridad informática y gestión de respaldos.
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
