About the Department
The Wholesale Banking function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.
Overview of the Roie
The FSCM Program Manager will focus in driving FSCM revenues via new Spokes onboarding under existing and new FSCM programs and drive FSCM assets utilization from existing and new Spokes
Job Responsibilities
- Actual FSCM Portfolio Growth: FSCM Revenue
(Trade NII + Trade Fee only, calculated on annual basis, measured on YTD vs Target)
(Both Domestic Originated & Inbound Income from accounts assigned to Trade Sales as primary Product Owner)
- Actual Portfolio Growth: Average Trade Funded Assets
(Average Trade Funded Balances only, calculated on annual basis, measured on YTD vs Target)
(Both Domestic Originated & Inbound facilities with Funded Assets booked against accounts assigned to Trade Sales as primary Product Owner)
- Actual Program Spokes Onboarding Rate
(%: Number of Spokes onboarded measured against total Spokes from Anchor per program (YTD vs Target)
- Actual Program Limit Utilisation Rate
(FUR% of Program Outstanding against Implemented Program Limit (YTD vs Target)
- New/Incremental Spokes Onboarded from Existing Anchor Programs
(% Spoke population growth from new Spokes added post Program Go Live (YTD vs Target)
- New/Incremental Programs Implemented: Program Limit Implemented
(Trade NII + Trade Fees only for Won Deals, calculated on annual basis, measured on YTD vs Target)
(Both Domestic Originated & Inbound Deals where Trade Sales is the Product Owner)
- FSCM Won Deals (Threshold criteria)
(Count: Won Deals, on YTD vs B2024 Target)
(Both Domestic Originated & Inbound Deals where Trade Sales is the Product Owner in CRM)
- Total meaningful Anchor Program Reviews
(Count of FSCM Program Review with Anchor (YTD vs Target)
- Work closely with FSCM Hunter (Originator) during Sales process to close mandates
- Keep strong relationship and engagement with the Anchor to penetrate Spokes list and qualify Spokes profile to improve conversion rates
- Pitching the solutions and benefits to Spokes
- Originating pipelines and generating deals, managing deals via CRM system
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
- Holder of a University Degree from a recognized University
- 5+ years of transaction banking experience in sales and/or product management position focusing on Trade/Supply Chain. Experience in Supply Chain is preferrable
- Conversant in Trade and Supply Chain management solutions, both at the domestic and regional level.
- Good working knowledge of international Trade practices, and ability to articulate value propositions from a working capital perspective.
- Possess working knowledge of electronic banking delivery, Host-to-Host solutions, ERP, Treasury Management Systems and SWIFT.
- Good understanding of BASEL III regulations and implications on liquidity and transaction banking solutions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and possession of good presentation skills.
- Must be highly motivated and possess good initiative. Must be a good team player with strong collaborative skills.
- Regional travelling is expected.
