Job Description
As an HR Communications & Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping UOB Indonesia's employee experience through effective communication strategies and data-driven insights. You will be responsible for developing and implementing internal HR communications, analyzing HR data to identify trends and opportunities, and supporting various HR initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute comprehensive internal HR communication strategies, including crafting engaging messages for various platforms (intranet, emails, presentations, etc.).
* Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to ensure consistent and timely delivery of HR-related information to employees.
* Manage and maintain HR content on internal communication channels, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, engagement surveys) to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.
* Prepare clear and concise reports and dashboards to present HR analytics findings to stakeholders, including HR leadership and senior management.
* Provide regular data request and needs for regulatory purposes
* Support the development and implementation of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Assist in the planning and execution of culture program activities and events.
Job Qualifications:**
* **Key Requirements (Must Have):**
* Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within an HR context.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS reporting features, Power BI, Tableau).
* Ability to translate complex HR information into clear, concise, and engaging communications.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
