Requirements:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application Service module.
  • Experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRMclient-side customization using business rules, JavaScript, HTML, etc., and server-side customizations, plugins, workflows, custom APIs, etc.
  • Integration experience with external systems through REST APIs, Microsoft Dynamics Web APIs, custom APIs, etc. Both with and without middleware.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (Application Servers, Database Services, Service Bus).
  • Good knowledge of ALM & deployment for the MSCRM application.
  • Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS, etc.
  • Has good hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Data migration experience either through a tool or through MS Dynamics features.
  • Experience with integration using webhooks (API), Kafka, topics/queues, etc.
  • Well-versed in different versions of. NET Framework, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, and SQL Server.
  • Experience in building complex database queries and utility jobs for Dynamics CRM 365 bulk operations.
  • Well-versed in the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills. Ability to design and build complex algorithms.
  • Thorough understanding of agile methodology.
  • Good To Have: React.js, JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5 AJAX
  • Ability to adopt AI in day-to-day project tasks using any tools like Copilot, Cursor, etc.
