  • Partner with Network Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, Operations and other internal teams to support effective decision-making and implementation of solutions
  • Support process improvement, data stewardship, automation and adoption of modern data tools, including AI-enabled analytics where appropriate

You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

Other useful skills and experience:

  • Proven experience within healthcare, insurance, financial services, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), pharmacy, pharmaceutical, pricing, or reimbursement analytics environments
  • Proven experience in finance, consulting, strategic advisory, contracting analytics, client analytics, or commercial decision support roles

Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated solid communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels and disciplines
