Content Producer

About the role

The Content Producer role sits within Innotech's growth team, responsible for the university's content across Instagram, Telegram, video, events, and blogger collaborations - from planning through to publication and results evaluation, while keeping content aligned with brand tone and funnel goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the content plan across all areas: Instagram, Telegram, video, events, collaborations with bloggers.
• Set clear briefs for the content producer and contractors, and control deadlines and quality of results.
• Coordinate shoots and blogger visits (campus tour + lunch and similar formats) - from idea to publication and results evaluation.
• Plan content coverage of offline events (conferences, hackathons, Open Days) - what to film, who films it, and how it is used afterward.
• Ensure all content matches a unified brand tone and funnel goals (reach / leads / followers - depending on the stage).
• Prepare regular reporting on content metrics for the CMO and university leadership.
• Sync content work with the performance team - ensure a steady flow of creatives for paid campaigns.
• Grow the number of social media followers and brand awareness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing content or a team - not necessarily in a "manager" position, but with real experience running several projects/people simultaneously.
• Ability to work with briefs, deadlines, and prioritization.
• Understanding of the logic of content marketing and social media - someone who produces content, not just maintains a spreadsheet.
• Experience coordinating with external contractors (bloggers, freelancers, agencies) - able to negotiate and control results.
• English at a level sufficient to work with ASU materials (Intermediate or above).
• A plus: experience in education marketing or in an industry with a young audience.
