About the role

The Front Desk Specialist is the first point of contact for Innotech - welcoming students, parents, guests, and partners at the campus reception, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front-office operations. This role plays a key part in shaping the first impression of the university for prospective students and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, students, parents, and guests at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries to the relevant department.
• Manage the reception area, including scheduling meeting rooms and coordinating visitor access.
• Support campus tours and Open Day logistics - welcoming guests and coordinating with the admissions/marketing team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier deliveries, and office supplies.
• Maintain visitor logs and basic front-office documentation.
• Coordinate with facilities, security, and admin teams to ensure the campus runs smoothly on a daily basis.
• Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - friendly, professional, and service-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• English at a level sufficient for daily communication with international staff and guests (from Intermediate).
• A plus: experience working in an educational institution or with a young/student audience.
