About the role

The Middle Marketer role sits within Innotech's growth team, responsible for the operational management of marketing funnels - coordinating campaigns, cross-team work, CRM tracking, and reporting to keep the university's marketing engine running on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational running of marketing funnels - ensure each stage is completed on time.
• Manage advertising campaigns on Meta/Google/TikTok - from briefing the Performance marketer through to controlling budget and results.
• Coordinate work between teams: content, performance, school/agency partnerships, event marketing.
• Maintain the CRM and track lead movement through the funnel (from application to enrollment) together with the enrollment team.
• Prepare regular reporting on marketing metrics (reach, leads, CPL, conversions) for the CMO.
• Organize logistics for events and partner activities (stands, campus tours, collaborations).
• Monitor the marketing activities budget and flag deviations in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, including at least one year in a role with operational responsibility (running campaigns, budgets, reporting).
• Solid understanding of the sales/recruitment funnel: from lead to conversion, with the ability to read metrics and draw conclusions.
• Experience working with ad accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads) - at the level of setting tasks and controlling results, not necessarily hands-on setup.
• Structured and detail-oriented - able to hold several parallel processes in mind without missing deadlines.
• A plus: experience in education marketing or B2C with a long decision-making cycle.
