The primary function of the role is to support the Business Analysis Manager in documenting processes between the Strategic Enrollment Management Teams and various campus partners, and to gather and document business requirements on behalf of enrollment management and planning. This individual will also assist in creating process documentation, analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement, and maintain deadline calendars, fact sheets and related documentation.

Business Process Analysis
Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, areas for improvement, and opportunities for potential automation. Propose and implement solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a liaison across business units and stakeholders to facilitate alignment and communication. Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and manage expectations. Ensure stakeholder needs are understood and addressed throughout the development and implementation of business solutions.
Documentation and Flow Charts
Create comprehensive and accurate documentation of business processes, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Regularly audit and update process documentation to ensure it remains current and reflects any process changes. Maintain a document repository for business units.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis function and across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
- This position requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a business analysis or project management role.
- Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.

- A public employer may include a postsecondary degree as a baseline requirement only as an alternative to the number of years of direct experience required, not to exceed:
- (a) Two years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- (b) Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree;
- (c) Six years of direct experience for a master’s degree;
- (d) Seven years of direct experience for a professional degree; or
- (e) Nine years of direct experience for a doctoral degree
- Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration required for the position of employment as established by the public employer and indicated in the advertised description of the position of employment.
