Responsibilities

  • Process ticket sales and will-call pickups using ticketing software TM1 while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist fans with general inquiries, including ticket information, seating locations, and game day policies.
  • Address and troubleshoot any ticketing concerns, such as access issues or incorrect purchases, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Use computers, printers, and scanners to manage digital ticket transactions.

Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and help create a welcoming atmosphere at USF Athletics events

$14/hr for 5-20 hours/wk

Minimal Qualifications: HS graduate; current USF student

Level 1 Criminal Background check is required
