Business Development Manager
Your Impact
As a Business Development Manager you will be the driving force behind Unlimit’s commercial growth in one of our most strategic markets. You will own and execute the go-to-market strategy, and establish Unlimit as a dominant fintech infrastructure partner across the region.
You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across enterprise and high-growth segments, forging key partnerships, and unlocking new revenue streams. Working at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI-native infrastructure, you will help shape how businesses-and autonomous agents-interact with global financial systems.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience (5+ years) in commercial roles within fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
Strong track record of driving revenue growth, scaling teams, and delivering against ambitious targets
Deep understanding of the cross border payments ecosystem
Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex, API-driven or platform-based products
Strong network across enterprise, and high-growth tech companies in the US
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and globally distributed organizations
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
We’re looking for a commercially driven, strategic leader with a strong track record in fintech or payments, and deep understanding of the US market.
